I am so happy you decided to participate in Live Longer Live Better. My goal is to make it one of the best decisions you have ever made in your entire life! Our live patient support group meeting will begin on Tuesday October 15, 2019 at 20870 Mack Avenue Grosse Pointe Woods. Unless posted otherwise, subsequent support group meetings will occur every Tuesday from 7P.M. until 8P.M. at the same location. Each program participant is allowed ONE support person to accompany them each session. Our agenda will be:

I. Individual and private review of food/exercise data with counseling.

II. Short didactic session on whatever topics you suggest (decided the week before)

III. Group discussion on topics you decide.

IV. I will prepare a healthy entree and will provide the recipe.

I WILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING AT 6PM AND I WILL PROVIDE PRIVATE/INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING TO EVERY PARTICIPANT WHO ARRIVES BY 8PM.
